When most people think of food pairings, they think of wine. These people are not people you should listen to.
True opulence comes from pairing the best with the best. That’s why we, along with our friends glo london and Whiskyfind, are bringing you the Steak & Whiskey Dinner; the best paired with the best. It takes place on Friday, April 17th, 2015 at 6:18 PM.

It’s four courses of deliciousness combined with three of the most finely-crafted beverages on earth. Only 30 people will get the chance to experience this meal that kings and queens could only dream of for only RMB 398 per person.
First Course: Freshly-baked breads served with housemade whiskey butter and balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
Second Course: A bright and fresh seafood salad.
Third Course: A platter of four appetizers served in bread bowls, including roasted baby carrots, mashed potatoes, mushrooms and brussel sprouts.
Main Course: A whiskey drenched 220g filet mignon, the creme de la creme of beef.
Santis Malt – A delightfully unique whisky from the Highlands of Switzerland. Served with the seafood course.
Springbank 18 Year Single Malt – A creamy masterpiece from Campbeltown Scotland that finishes with hints of smoke and chocolate. Served alongside the main event filet mignon.
Tobermory 17 Year Single Malt – A zesty, peppery single malt from Mull Island, Scotland. Served at the after party.
Schedule of Events
6:18PM-7:00PM Welcome Cocktail – Mojitos, hors d’eourves, music and socializing.
7:00PM-9:00PM Dinner is served.
9:00PM-10:30PM – After party with more mojitos, discounted cuban cigars and some great tunes.
The gentleman are asked to wear a suit and tie. Ladies are asked to either wear a suit and tie or a fairly formal dress.
